Yesterdays feelings..

Yesterday was a kind of a weird day for me..
It started out kind of weird and ended a little weird too.. not in a bad way though.. just in a weird good way.. not only was it snowing yesterday (!) but for some reason was it in a way a day of reminiscing.. all day where ever I went there was always something going on or I met someone or I hungout with someone or just something happened that kept making my head leap back and think about things in the past.. things I had sometimes forgotten and some things I hadn't thought about in a long time.. all very weird..but again in a good way!

I came home after work and decided, after thinking a little bit about it, to cut my hair even shorter! and I did! so now I'm the tom boy I've always been but with even shorter hair! I can't be bother to post pics of it now so I'll post some when I get back from Paris cause I'm sure I'll take some pics there!

so yeah.. OMGZ I'm totally leaving in 2 day now!!! I can't believe it! I'm actually going to Paris! I mean I thought about going sooo many times since I got back from the states but it was always too hard to get time off from work and plus I didn't really have the money! but now I can and I'm really going! man I can't wait! I miss my sister sooo much! We talk on the phone loads but it will be soooo great to hangout with her in real person! and my nephew! o my god! I can't wait to see him! I haven't seen him in 6 months and from the pictures and what my sister tells me he's grown sooo much! I just hope he'll remember me and like me.. I'm a little nervous about it.. we were becoming such great friends before he left for Paris so hopefully we'll be able to pick up where we left! I've missed him so much! he was really my ray of sunlight! I can't wait to see him again and just be able to play with him!

Well I better get back to work.. it's my last day today! and then tomorrow I have a day off which hopefully will be spent with good friends doing fun stuff and then on Friday morning I'm going to Paris!!! I cannot wait!

Things that put a smile on my face in these last days:
- the thought of Paris and everything that involves my trip there!
- James and his SUPER long message he sent me yesterday! It was long times a thousand! I loved it and I love him so much!
- Silvie.. she sent me a message from Germany even though she's coming home tomorrow! Letting me know of all the great vegan food she had bought for herself and me! I can't wait to get the smoked tofu and to see her!
- Tryggvi.. in sooo many ways!
- Oddapoddan mín cause she's just the bestest of the best and I love her so much! I'm soo glad that I have her in my life.. she's my best friend and my sister!
- and last.. hanging out with an old friend last night.. I loved staying up and talking until soooo late.. even though I'm tired as shit now and to work until 6.. but it was sooo worth it!
